Our very own liberals are the most anti-Americans on this planet and they do seem to have much company.
Is the Pope German? : )
Are Arabs anti-American? That's a racist thing to say, making a generalization about all Arabs.
Likewise if one asks if Muslims are anti-American.
In June of 1945, your average German or Japanese citizen was very much anti-American. With good reason- our country had been just been at war with the Axis powers, and the devestation we wrought made Hurricane Katrina look like a Sunday school picnic.
But the end result was that, whether they appreciated it or not, the (West) Germans and Japanese had been liberated from bloodthirsty dictatorships. Functioning democracies were established in both countries.
Each country has enjoyed sixty years of peace and prosperity thanks to the USA.
I want the same type of "tough love", "strong medicine" or whatever you want to call it dispensed throughout the Arab and Muslim world. Peace, freedom and prospertiy whether they want it or not!
Arabs are anti everything!
Of course Arabs in general are anti American.
You can read what their media says at:

Not all Arabs are Islamic, but all Islamic's are anti-American, anti-democracy according to their own, so called, "scholars".
Which begs the question, why are Islamics allowed to imigrate here?
Not necessarily. However, many Muslims are anti-Christian. Therefore, since most Arab nations are made up of Muslims, and the US is based on Christian principles, many citizens of Arab nations have anti-American backgrounds. This can lead to the apparent generalization in your question
Well the Lebanese are not anti-American. Neither are a majority of the Iranians.
Exactly. Its not Arabs (or Persians which the majority of the Iranians are). Its Islamists.
