This is only the TV story, which is all I was able to get. Sorry for the lack of true detail, but these bastards are every bit as evil as Cindy Sheehan....

I very rarely post on this forum, but a friend called out, and I couldn't pass on his request. These nutjobs are an embarrassment to all who would call themselves Americans...

I hope thousands show up to completely encase these animals and drown out anything they try to do or say,

God Bless his family.

Isn't there a group of vet bikers following this kook? Forming a perimeter to block the view for the funeral attendees?

I thought I read that somewhere.

Put in a call to the local VFW, and the Harley dealership. They'll drown them out.

I wish I could be there to support Lance Corporal David Huhn and his family. May he be accorded the honor and dignity he and all of our fallen defenders deserve.

As for Fred Phelps and the Westboro "Baptist Church", I'm certain God is reserving a special place for them.

Man that just busts my chops. Marine Lance Corporal David Huhn, and family, and friends, will all be in our thoughts tomorrow.

I concur with the VFW and the Harley dealers being the best venue to get the word out. We aren't too shabby on here, either, though :)

Holy smoke, I sure wish I could think of who to ping in time to notify some folks, but I think and pray Michigan won't let this family down.

This 'kid's' dad was a 'Nam vet who died earlier this year as he was leaving for deployment. A sister died at 13, I think it said. His uncle is a retired Marine.

Mayor James Barnes said the town was prepared to rally around the family and their fallen hero, a 2000 graduate of Portland High School. Huhn's father, Larry, died earlier this year at age 54. A sister, Jaime, died in a farming accident in 1990.

Since they are so heavy in the military, I'm guessing the VFW will be there. Do you know?

No, I don't. I assume they would, especially with the stories I found.

Guess what. My brother-in-law just bought another Harley, after having his last one stolen yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaars ago. He's joined a new chapter of ALR. He helped me get the word about on those other two funeral protests. I haven't heard any reports about how one of them, but the other...I understand Phelps decided not to attend.

My nephew, his only child, is due home from Iraq shortly, and safely, God willing. I'm on pins and needles.
