FREEPERS!!! Give John Kerry his due credit. Seriously
Vanity ^ | John K.

Posted on 01/27/2006 7:47:05 AM PST by jsk10

An aide to Sen. Cornyn said that John Kerry is like "Christmas every day" for Republicans. Someone here said it was "Christmas in Cambodia" every day for Republicans. God bless 'em both. But what I REALLY want, is John Kerry to be the 2008 nominee for the Dems. Seriously. We couldn't get Dean in '04, but if we can make sure John Kerry gets credit for his political ploy here, maybe it will be the best gift of all.

I actually am serious about this. Those that dissent from my opinion will not be flamed. But who would you rather have carrying the (d) mantle. Sharpton?

Absolutely Sharpton. Though I'd take him as Hillary's VEEP candidate too.

I hear what your saying.... But Hillary will eliminate the competition for 08... He may be the best veep canidate.. but it is Hillary's dance in 08.... Granted it will produce the same results as a Kerry Run... Further nailing the coffin shut on the Dems coffin.

Kerry doesn't need credit as long as he has Theresa.

In a perfect world their nominee in 08 would be Dennis Kucinich.

Honestly, I think Hillary would be the best opponent the GOP could hope for.

It's true. The Dems are so nuts right now they just might do it to!

I am sorry but I cannot give Kerry credit for anything - in fact when I think of giving him something the only thing that comes to mind is the finger.

As long as there enough people who will support this fool and those like him it is a very serious sign that we are still in big trouble - I vote we all give him the finger - I know it won't help but for the moment we will feel better.

I'm not so sure about that. hillary has the support of the media, that's for sure, but read the DUmpster and you will she ain't popular with democrat moonbat base, who are probably 75% of the democrat primary voters.

Well since the bigger a looser you are in the democratic party the more of a hero you become ... I would truly expect a Kerry/Gore or Kerry/Dean ticket ... maybe even Kerry/Dashel!

Heck now that I think about it ... lets bring back some of the untimate loosers of all time ... Carter/Mondale 2006 !

ROFL !

Hmm...actually, the only thing better would be Carter/Gore. Two southern nitwits with serious mental problems, convinced that each is the Messiah, while keeping Gore in his deservedly subordinate role as Presidential Puppy-cleaner-upper.

Unfortunately, James Earl carter proved to be so inept as Preseident that even democrats noticed, so we will never see him get close to the levers of power again. As for Al, the poster boy for Prozac, the American people have shown a willingness to accept a cigar-store-Indian-type-in-Earth-tones, but only if his boss is a walking advertisement for Lifetime Television (i.e. every feminist's dream/psychopathic nightmare). It's one of the reasons why Kerry lost: he was a stiff and asking to be the Boss. Who would entertain us?

Right now, Hilary and Pretty-Boy-of-the-month (either Edwards or Bayh) seems like the right losing combination to me.

I was in the Navy at the same time as Kerry, and my usual reaction to him just on that fact is........well, unprintable.

I'm equally sure that he hasn't got a policy or plan in his entire brain trust that I would support.

I wouldn't vote for him for Dogcatcher.

With all that in mind, my nomination for the Dim 2008 Dream (or nightmare) Team is: Kerry/Murtha
