IF he took a "turn for the worse," it likely has more to do with his being 78 years old than having been peppered with bird shot (based upon the doctor's report).
If he dies in the next 20 years, the morons in the media will blame it directly on Cheney.
To be put in ICU in the first place indicates that the wounds were somewhat more serious than being peppered.
Maybe this will shut up the comedians. Cheney must feel like crap right now. The press reaction makes me feel like punching the nearest reporter (small one preferably).
That turns out not to be the case. One or more pellets migrated into a blood vessel and then quickly into the heart. This caused a very minor heart attack. But if you're 78, no heart attack is truly minor.
