That's why God invented links,

God didn't invent links. Al Gore did. Get your facts straight.

Have not been menber long, but have read that FreeRepublic has had legal problems with plagiarism.....so may be reason. Don't how much one can copy without getting into trouble with copyrights, etc. Just speculating.

Well, there it is: proof-positive that you have a functional brain.

No, he goes to pre-victim status. He's useless to them alive. There was no real sympathy for him anyway.

Hey-hey-hey, Don't be too rash to discount Our (FReeper's) feelings & sympathies.

After all, some of us are striving to fulfill The LORD's call to be merciful & compassionate.

My problem is when people post the first 40 words of an article instead of posting the meat of the article.

That's largely a feature of using auto excerpt instead of excerpting by hand. The system allows for up to a 300-word excerpt when required.

This sure looks like a coverup.

It shore does. How do we even know that this man in the video is Mr Whittington, huh? I mean if the guy playing "Paul McCartney" has gotten away with it for some 35 years, how hard would it be to get a double for a Texas lawyer noone has seen before? Coverup.

Exactly! I saw this same thing done both with plastic surgery and gene therapy on James Bond! It's got to be a conspiracy to make David Gregory look like a raving fool. It's the Trouble with Harry!

I think it is really Elvis. Wouldn't Elvis be about 78 years old now?

I'm sorry. I meant the faux sympathy from DU, Daily KOS and other assorted Moonbats.

I miss Texas..I've been stuck in Arkansas for the last 3 years and while it's a beautiful state with a milder climate, it's sure no TEXAS!!

All of you in the media have been very patient in waiting for me to make my appearance here. I hope you understand. I’m sorry I delayed you, but I know your role is to get the news out to the public.

OMG! Anyone know if David Gregory "gets this"? :-)

I wouldn't slam an outhouse door that hard.

And most of the mediarats are so full of themselves they probably missed it completely.

Notice no capital letters in "vice president"? The MSM can't even show that much respect!!!!!!

They capitalized Cheney but not the office. Odd. Usually they disrespect the man not the office.

Here's how to fight that. Disrespecting the United States of America is something no loyal citizen should do. The same does not apply to private institutions -- particularly institutions that have themselves been disrespectful. Therefore, we should avoid using MSM or CBS or NBC or ABC or CNN. Instead, do this:

"nbc news reporter David Gregory said today that ..."

Notice how this slams the msm network while also making it look like Gregory thinks he's bigger than the network. Big egos in small companies. How sweet!

It gives me great pleasure that MSNBC and its parent company, NBC, got trounced in the ratings this week by FOX.

Millions more Americans tuned in to "American Idol" this week than tuned into NBC's lousy Olympics coverage.

That's why God invented links

no. That's why God invented FR, so we could get the news from on source instead of 1000 different websites.
