So Isreal went to war over the kidnapped soldiers. Where are they now, and are they going to be released as part of the cease-fire?
Or are they in Iran, or long dead?
I haven't heard a word about them in weeks.
Still in captivity or dead. Their return was not a condition of the cease fire.
But that is why Isreal went to war, in the first place!

Olmert/the Left gives Israel its first lost war against a vastly weaker enemy. I am astounded that the country hasn't risen-up and thrown this Jimmy Carter clone out the window.
I believe the damage has already been done, but I am pretty sure Israel will remove Olmert shortly.

I agree. My take is Israel knows the Hezbo's won't be able to contain themselves for very long. In a week or two, probably less, the rockets will once again be fired into Israel. In the mean time, the IDF will be positioning itself for the final push to eliminate the Hezbo's.
