True. The breakdown is more likely....
10% terrorists
25% direct support of terrorists i.e. charities etc.
50% don't support terrorism, but would be glad if they win and thus donate to charities that suppot terrorism
15% don't support terrorism, but would not help end terrorism by turning it known terrorists
That still adds up to 100% evil.
