The state Ethics Commission concluded Monday that state Comptroller Alan Hevesi "knowingly and intentionally" violated the public trust by using public employees to chauffeur his wife.

Hevesi is a Dem?
The NYS Comptroller could be fined, suspended, or removed from office.
"Running against a Republican"...they make you figure out he's a Dem.
They were just talking about it on the local news. Impeachment proceedings would have to be initiated by the Speaker or by the Governor. The Speaker is a Dem, so that's not likely. There hasn't been an impeachment in NYS since 1913. Maybe that's what the problem is here.

I doubt is. Change that to No. period.
