Feud may cast mosque beside swine

Baker and Fotouh both say their first meeting was initially cordial. Baker readily agreed to remove his cattle from the association's land. He also offered to donate granite fill for the group's new driveway.

But Baker says that as their meeting wound up, Fotouh suggested that he move, in order to keep the place of worship separate from the business. Fotouh denies making such a request.

"We would not go to a land owner and say 'We're moving in, you move out.' It does not make sense," he said.

Baker insists that Fotouh asked him to leave, and has offered to pay for lie detector tests to prove it.

After Baker moved his cattle, Fotouh sent a thank-you gift — a crystal clock. Baker returned it.

I get they can't eat pork, but it seems they can't stand to even look at a pig. Or hear the word spoken in their presence. Am I being an offensive "racist" if I eat a porkchop within 100 feet of a Muslim?

Sounds par for the course to me.

Pigs are smarter than many other critters.

They don't try to convert others to Swinism.

You are being an offensive "racist" for existing as a non-Muslim within 10,000 miles of a Muslim. They are so very sensitive, and it is all your fault.

"Fotouh said that daily calls to prayer would be made inside the building."

About twenty years ago the Mormon Church bought property near here to built a new temple. Neighbors complained that they didn't want some huge building overshadowing their properties. The Mormons told them that the building would be nearly hidden among the trees and would not be seen from the nearby highway. The county drank the kool-aid and the temple was built.
It's a nice building but it is easily seen from the highway and has been used by surveyors twenty miles away to reference their work.
I imagine this new mosque will end up with loudspeakers blaring the call to prayer all over the neighborhood... at least until someone blows them away.

Baker should forget raising pigs or pig races and open up a BBQ place. The smell of pork ribs cooking will drive the muslims wild with desire for a forbidden food. Might even make a few converts. he he

This can not be confirmed as an Urban Legend!

A True story about General "Black Jack" Pershing.

Born September 13th, 1860 near Laclede, Mississippi
Died July 15th, 1948 in Washington, D.C.
1891 Professor of Military Science and Tactics University of Nebraska
1898 Serves in the Spanish-American War
1901 Awarded rank of Captain
1906 Promoted to rank of Brigadier General
1909 Military Governor of Moro Province, Philippines
1916 Made Major General
1919 Promoted to General of the Armies
1921 Appointed Chief of Staff
1924 Retires from active duty
Education: 4 Years-West Point

One important thing to remember is that Muslims detest pork because they believe pigs are filthy animals. Some of them simply refuse to eat it, while others won't even touch pigs at all, nor any of their by-products. To them, eating or touching a pig, its meat, its blood, etc., is to be instantly barred from paradise and doomed to hell.

Just before World War I, there were a number of terrorist attacks against the United States and it's interests by, you guessed it, Muslim extremists.

So General Pershing captured 50 of the terrorists and had them tied to posts execution style. He then had his men bring in two pigs and slaughter them in front of the, now horrified, terrorists.

The soldiers then soaked their bullets in pigs blood, and proceeded to execute 49 of the terrorists by firing squad.

The soldiers then dug a big hole, dumped in the terrorist's bodies and covered them in pig blood, entrails, etc.

They let the 50th man go. And for about the next 42 years, there was not a single attack by a muslim fanatic anywhere in the world.

I just hope they keep their prayers inside. Call me a racist but the sight of all their rear ends up in the air more or less totally offended me after seeing them so many times a day. I missed the early morning prayers at least... I lived near a mosque for a few months and they would go up on the roof of the building and face towards Mecca and pray during the summer. My apartment had a full view of them. I was not happy. I found the Muslims to be rude when meeting with them on the street. They had nasty comments to make about the neighborhood women. I was so happy when my house was done and I moved. I later found out most of these Muslims were converts from jail.

We have a pretty outspoken Muslim at work. One of the targets of his wrath makes it a point to order bacon or pork when they are out at meals with customers.

Some guys get to have all the fun.
