THAT would be looking for a "yes" answer.

No, no, no, no, no. You don't understand. Put 1 yes and 2 "no" answers and the "no" votes are split, giving advantage to the "yes" vote.

I'm commenting on the construction of the poll, not the subject of it. Perhaps I was not clear on that.

I understand. I think the construction does the opposite -- the voter has more resons to say "no".
