Bill ties climate to national security
Boston Globe ^ | April 9, 2007 | Boston Globe

The CIA and Pentagon would for the first time be required to assess the national security implications of climate change under proposed legislation intended to elevate global warming to a national defense issue. The bipartisan proposal, which its sponsors expect to pass the Congress with wide support, calls for the director of national intelligence to conduct the first-ever "national intelligence estimate" on global warming. The effort would include pinpointing the regions at highest risk of humanitarian suffering and assessing the likelihood of wars erupting over diminishing water and other resources.

We really ought to write a bill that ties treasonous politicians to national security. That was we could rid this country of vermin that are working hard AGAINST our security. Much better than liberal climate shams.

"...17,000 scientists declare that global warming is a lie..."

Science is not done by consensus. All but one scientist can be wrong. There could be a million scientists and yet one scientist can be right. Unfortunately in the political realm consensus has clout. Because of that serious scientists conducted a petition drive based on a peer reviewed paper on global warming. There's a video lecture based on the peer reviewed paper. Toward the end of the video it's explained that the document and petition be put into the record at congressional hearings on global warming.

This is the URL for the petition drive with a link to the peer reviewed paper therein. "See over 17,000 scientists declare that global warming is a lie with no scientific basis whatsoever."

Here's the URL to the page that has the video link.

Another great documentary is: The Great Global Warming Swindle

Now just shut up. They come up with stupid enough ideas how it is, don't compound the stupidity.

I don’t know about “requiring” the CIA to look into global climate change and security issues, but I do know that they already have done it.

There was a book back in the 1970’s based on declassified CIA documents that did just that. In fact, at that time, the analysis assumed a global cooling pattern. In turn, they project various destabilization scenarios resulting from climate change.

The interesting thing in that book to me was their conclusion that climate change is normal and that we were exiting what they termed a bubble of exceptional weather dating back to the climate disturbances of the 1930’s. So, the point was that weather that we took for granted was, in fact, abnormal.

Well, they can immerse themselves in this for a while. It keeps them occupied, not passing some other cataclysmic bill. They’re just a bunch of mentally challenged idiots.

Unfortunately, we are all going to be sucked into this hysteria. I just saw an ad for a program on Discovery next week:

“Green: The New Red, White and Blue”.

You know, they _will_ question _our_ *patriotism* when they have redefined it as being green.

The measure, sponsored by Senator Chuck Hagel , a Nebraska Republican,

A disgrace to Republicans and to America.

I want to know to what extent collective bargaining affects national security.

Well, here it is: global warming, when and if it comes, will bear particularly hard on the unfriendly lands: a part of them will get desolated, and the rest will become uninhabitable. Thus, the implications for United States’ national security are uncommonly good.

Now don't leave out gay marriage. The nation is never more at risk than with single gay people walking around.
