The Detroit chapter of the ACLU has scrambled to find a way to recuse itself from the matter, claiming that the footbaths qualify as secular since they could be used by non-Muslims... "Hey Bubba, look at these new funny urinals they got in here!"

It reminds me of when the students at our high school took care of the entire facility. For a time, I was one of the janitors (we called it "Paid Work Crew," for $1.65 an hour). Well, it wasn't me, but you see, the school still used that yellow soap...
