Pristina - A United States soldier serving with a NATO-led peacekeeping force in Kosovo was killed in a traffic accident Sunday night, police sources in the province said. Two other US troops were injured in the crash, which occurred in Caglavica, a section of the capital Pristina, sources said. Neither official confirmation of the report nor any other details were immediately available.
Peacekeepers of KFOR had been deployed in Kosovo since mid-1999, when NATO ousted Serbian security forces to end the repression of the majority Albanian population.

Bring the troops back home! No more blood for whatever-the-hell-Albania-has!
Somebody has to protest one of clinton’s military misadventures...
The U.S. has a HUGE base in Kosovo with a 99-year lease (I guess 8 of those years have passed, so 91 left), so they aren’t likely coming home any time some.
Kosovo is Clinton’s, Albright’s and Clark’s quagmire...
And they say the war in Iraq has gone on too long!! How long ago was it that Clinton invaded Bosnia?
Clinton promised the troops would be home by 98 or so can’t remember the exact year but it has long past
Something like his promised middle class Tax Cut
Not to be disrespectful to the troops abroad, but why the hell is this newsworthy?
Prayers to the family of the soldier who died in the wreck, over one hundred people die on our freeways every single day. Does the “earthtimes” report on every single one of them.
What purpose can they possibly have for reporting that a US soldier in Kosovo died in a car wreck, other than the same old anti-war body count the media love to trumpet to undermine our troops serving abroad?
What's a US soldier doing in Kosovo?
A new vacation spot?
It can't be as a US soldier.
The First Rapist must have had an exit strategy.
Right?
Right...?
*crickets*
Not an exit strategy the "progressive" morons in Congress would approve today.
Just saying...
