I think the event I am thinking of was in Boston - not part of the more recent DNC convention but a single event. I believe Bill Clinton was part of the panel.

Notice Hillary's response was "Its news to me". I suppose if Wolf Blitzer asked her if she knew about the girl in the debate, she would say "It was news to me". Wolf could respond "So you didn't know about the plant in the audience?"
