Clinton's campaign manager steps down

WASHINGTON - Democrat Hillary Rodham Clinton has replaced campaign manager Patti Solis Doyle, naming longtime aide Maggie Williams to the top job.

Solis Doyle announced the shift in an e-mail to the staff on Sunday.

“I have been proud to manage this campaign and prouder still to call Hillary my friend for more than 16 years,” Solis Doyle wrote. “Maggie is a remarkable person and I am confident that she will do a fabulous job.” The move comes a day after rival Barack Obama swept contests in Washington state, Nebraska, Louisiana.

Solis Doyle said she will serve as a senior adviser to Clinton and the campaign, and travel with Clinton from time to time.

Williams will begin assuming the duties of campaign manager this week.

In a statement, Clinton praised Solis Doyle and said she looked forward to her continued advice in the coming months.

“Patti Solis Doyle has done an extraordinary job in getting us to this point — within reach of the nomination — and I am enormously grateful for her friendship and her outstanding work,” Clinton said. “And, as Patti has said, this already has been the longest presidential campaign in history and one that has required enormous sacrifices of everyone and our families.

“I look forward to her continued advice in the months ahead,” Clinton added.

I just had the craziest idea! Someone said Huma is a Saudi plant. What better way for Osamaobamayomama to insure he gets elected than to plant a beautiful lesbian in Hillary’s camp, then blackmail her into dropping out if it looked like she is going to win. I was walking a market in Riyadh one summer day. The heat was unbearable. I was in long slacks and a collared long sleeve shirt. Of course men cannot wear shorts in "The Kingdom."

I quickly stopped my self pity when I saw the women who were suffocating in their black abayas. I don't know how the poor creatures could even breath, much less bear the blast furnace heat.

Without warning, a long bearded Mutaween (religious police) runt of a man took his cane and struck a women who was near me. She cried out in pain. He screeched something at her, and then, we he felt the weight of the stares around him (including my own), he cursed something again to her and went into the crowd.

That society is nothing but slavery, especially to women. I have two beautiful daughters. I cannot imagine them being trapped in that kind of hell.
