Has this photo been photoshopped to make Clinton look heavier? it's one of those awful "up angle" shots... the kind that can make the thinnest person look like she's carrying a pack of hotdogs under her chin... i always try to stay away from these types of shots... they are never flattering...

Actually its the choice of clothing she is wearing. The contrast of the mustard and black meeting at her hips is directing the eye to it and creating a visual break where her pant suits that are usually the same color do not.
Or she's fat.
