When I worked at the Homeless Shelter, the manager once told us “When you give money to a homeless person, you are paying them to be homeless”. The liberals were aghast. The liberal response is “I don’t care what happens to him as long as I feel better”.
True, but now that I'm retired, that's one of my favorite pastimes.
