Dr. Phil is pretty much a goof ball. But I saw a clip of him on YouTube during a Letterman (who I never watch) interview about teen pregnancy (referring to Bristol) that was hysterical.
Occasionally Phil can lay it on the line pretty well.

Dr Phil. Shouldn't he have to stop calling himself that? From Wikianswers....
He went to University of North Texas for his PhD, a 4th tier college, which means it has the lowest ranking. His Ph.d thesis was on rheumatoid arthritis. His license was suspended and revoked for having a sexual relationship with a teenage client. He was ordered to take ethics classes, but never finished them. He currently does not hold a license to practice anywhere.
