Hasn’t Joe Biden already told the Israelis that his boss-to-be won’t support them? That means the Iraelis will surely conclude that if The One is elected on the first monday of November they have no choice but to strike Iran before 20 January — after that, they’ll have not support AT ALL from the US. God help us all if this happens. If you think gas is expensive now, wait until the Strait of Hormuz is closed, or Saudi Arabia is radioactive.

The reports, from Israeli Army Radio, claimed that Biden told an unidentified high-ranking Israeli official - but probably the Israeli Ambassador - that Israel would have to learn to live with an Iranian bomb if Obama became President.

Within an hour of the report being issued, the Obama/Biden camp denied the story. Biden claimed that the story was a partisan attack.
