Gov. Palin on the shooting at the National Holocaust Museum (Palin Ping! - No.24 - June 11, 2009)
Facebook ^ | June 11, 2009 | Gov. Sarah Palin

Posted on 06/12/2009 2:32:57 AM PDT by SolidWood

As first reflected upon through Twitter, Wednesday, June 10, 2009:

"Our hearts and prayers go out to the shooting victims at the National Holocaust Museum. The museum itself remembers and honors the lives lost in one of the world's most horrific genocides. To have an act of intolerance further spread hatred at this place of reflection, further adds to the grief. My heart goes out to all those impacted, especially the brave guards who acted so selflessly to prevent further injury. May God Bless the Jewish community."

Matt Lauer Gets Exclusive Live Interview With Gov. Sarah Palin

It's remarkable how many here scream that Palin shouldn't do this interview. Please... She is capable of handling that Why do some show such a overprotective attitude towards her? She is tough as nails. This is a LIVE interview. No malicious editing ala Couric or Gibson. She will come out forcefully for the AGIA success and against Letterperv. For a lib Lauer is somewhat respectful and while he certainly might try to play down Letterman and her victory on AGIA, you think she will fall for the traps!

Update: Republican Governors Association has ceased ads on CBS! Well done! (Contact RGA, should a banner appear at CBS again.)

Defend Willow Palin:

Let's not forget that the vile Letterman attacks, while intended to him Gov. Palin politically, hurt and humiliate a non-political, innocent girl.

We can't put up with that hateful sneer on gap-tooth's face. Pound three big advertisers. Don't let up! Don't be distracted by their sorry excuses that they sponsor him only "indirectly".

Guess Lauer will have to store his kneepads and bring out the long knives for Governor Palin.

It will be a bright day for America when the charming Palin gals, and guys, are residing at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

Impeccable. And there’s a clever, quiet, subtle jab at ostammer in there, too, in reference to treatment and suffering of Jews.

Well said. I’d bet twenty bucks, it did not come from a speach writer and was not feed to her via a teleprompter.

Gov. Palin owned Matt “the Batty” Lauer. What I just saw on the Today show was the REAL Gov. Palin.

Matt asked some tough questions, but they were fair questions. Palin responded magnificently.
And I normally don't comment on her looks, (I just think it takes attention from her other notable assets - intelligence, demeanor, perseverance, etc.) but she looked at least ten years younger than her age. I reckon it's true about healthy living.

Regarding her looks - I think it’s also a reflection of what kind of a person she is on the inside....positive, energetic, loving, but she is also confident and aggressive.

A good example of how your “inside” affects the outside.

Just watched Gov. Palin and Matt Lauer. Did not see all of it, but did see the part about D. L. (can NOT say his name; I try not to speak evil).

She was very good and even kept speaking when Matt tried to overtalk her. At least he didn’t take her mike away.

Of course the media will not approve of what she said.

She’s also handled Lauer before, when he went up to Wasilla after the election to interview her in her own home.
