A man who sells conservative merchandise at a kiosk in a North Carolina mall says he hopes he'll be able to keep pushing "Impeach Obama" bumper stickers after his lease expires on Friday.
Loren Spivack says his kiosk, Free Market Warrior, is being nudged out of the Concord Mills mall in Concord, N.C., beacause of political reasons.
The hottest sellers at the kiosk, which has been in the mall for roughly three months, are items that are critical of President Obama, Spivack said. They include a “Work Harder, Obama Needs the Money” bumper sticker and a T-shirt that lists the top 12 things Obama has been doing as the economy crashes.

The brouhaha began, he says, when someone wrote a letter to the editor in the Charlotte Observer criticizing his business for promoting racism and sexism.
“This apparently got the attention of the national management,” Spivack told FOXNews.com. “They came down with a decision that we had to leave and that our lease would not be renewed when it expired.”

so, it only took one phone call for them to lose their lease? Perhaps the caller needs to be identified and called out on the reasoning behind the complaint. Because he/she didn’t agree with the guy? Or because he was white?

The mall owner Simon Property Group is run by David Simon who is a major donor to the Kenyan and the ‘Rats. The lease was pulled by David Simon.
This calls for a protest in front of the mall. I would guess it would have close to 50% support among mall shoppers, and possibly cut into more than 1% of its business.
If done right, it could work.
I guess we’ll know by friday if this has a happy ending. If this guy gets tossed I’m sure there are many on this site who would be only too happy to tell the landlord their feelings on this matter.
That being said the landlord has every right to do as he pleases since it’s his property, but if there’s even a hint of suspicion that the landlord is doing this for political reasons or at the behest of some unnamed group he should be made aware that conservatives have a lot of purchasing power and are prepared to use it, or withold it, if they feel they’re not wanted.
Naturally.

Isn’t this the same Simon and mall that refused to let a Tea Party be held there (or another mall that they run) after having promised them that they could?
BUT: If Obama is NOT a natural-born citizen, then he CANNOT be impeached - he will be beyond the reach of the Articles. He will have to be EVICTED from the White House.
But but...they own Potomac Mills too...I was just there on Sat, I saw at least 2 different kiosks selling Obama worship paraphernalia, and one poster shop with a shrine-like section.
Surely they will all lose their leases as well, right?! right? lol

In that part of the country, the right publicity about this could cut into a higher percentage of mall business, maybe even 20-30%.
Especially as the Obama economy worsens, and the backlash against him grows.
Ah, get them committed to a place, then pull out not giving them enough time to reschedule thus preventing the tea-party at all.
I was at the Jersey shore this weekend and some of the dart games actually had giant Obama dolls as the prize! I was thinking of hitting the doll witht eh dart and claiming I had bad aim.

I would like to see this hit their local paper. I hope someone follow through. the kenyan needs to get exposed.
