San Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris' bid for state Attorney General got a big boost today with a plum assignment from the Obama Administration. She's in Washington D.C. Monday with a special invite to talk up the success of her youth and gang violence prevention programs at the White House.

Democrat Harris, a longtime friend of President Obama and a very early supporter of his presidential campaign, was picked for a star role at today's National Conference on Gang Violence Prevention and Crime Control, where she'll be discussing her "Back on Track" re-entry initiative and anti-truancy work.

Kamala Harris knows about gangs—she was on Obama’s “Truth Squad”.

Here’s a suggestion you won’t here from anyone i9n an official capacity in SF or the WH. If you arrest an illegal alien, instead of releasing him to the street, deport him; so he won’t kill 3 members of a family because he got cut off in a lane merge.

What’s she going to speak about? Her refusal to seek the death penalty for a gang banging cop killer in San Francisco? How the city of SF hid away violent gang members from the INS even when they were known killers?

One need only ask the family of the police officer executed by a gang banger with an ak47 out to make his stripes how they feel about Harris.

She wouldn’t prosecute him for the death penalty.. even when a MS13 punk mows down a father and his two sons.

One of O’s biggest fans and supporters?

Back on Track? Hardly..

Haven’t heard about the truth squad for quite some time! I believe you are absolutely correct. I’m sure they they taught the obama thugs quite well in preparation for the tea parties— connect the dots. I’m sure she learned a lot as D.A..

damn I like it when my I hear a solution like that! either sex also....after watching about 5 or 6 episodes of ‘gangland’ there is no doubt (not that there ever was any) in my mind that one thing and one thing only will stop this ‘gang’ disease......yep.

Anyone in San Francisco knows this woman is a joke.

Anyone in California and most of the United States knows this woman is a joke.

If anyone heard Michael Savage talk about this on his radio show, they will know exactly who she is. She's the prosecutor who refused to prosecute these thugs to the full extent of the law. (Imagine that - a prosecutor who refuses to prosecute.)

I think Savage also had the wife on, if I'm not mistaken. It was heartbreaking. Lost her husband and two sons in an instant. And Kamala Harris, the "prosector", is supposed to be the expert on reducing gangs?! HA!

It seriously makes you wonder WTH is going on with Obama, that he would have Kamala Harris give a talk. There is no one less qualified to give a talk on that subject.

We could greatly reduce the potential for gang violence by getting all these Ci-cago guys out of the White House.
