I just received a call from CPT Connie Rhodes good friend with whom I have been in contact over the past several weeks
He indicated that Judge Land (Federal District Judge, Middle District of Georgia) will provide a Ruling on CPT Rhodes' TRO as well as The Defense's motion to Dismiss.
Pray for Judge Land and CPT Rhodes.

NTW, what would you have liked to have seen if your case had gone to discovery?
She was denied leave for Friday, 11 Sep. When Judge Land found out about that nonsence, he issued orders for her to appear today and that the Army could not prevent her from attending.
All that I wanted to see was definitive documentation that Obama either is or is not a Natural Born Citizen (NBC) - defined as: both parents US Citizens and him being born on US controlled territory.

It’s a subject that’s kinda near and dear to my heart.........
It's obvious he has gone to great length to hide something and I don't think it takes anyone very bright to come to that conclusion. Now the question is does anyone have the guts to force the issue... One would think that the powerful forces behind the scenes would have come to the realization of what zero and his minions have in mind....and do something about it...but in this day and age of gutless wonders in congress...one has to be realistic and lean toward the cover up continuing.

I’m really concerned about CPT Rhodes receiving derogulatory OERs or some form of general officer reprimand.
I’m wondering if this judge will punt this case like they did yours and throw CPT Rhodes to the wolves. I think the questions raised are valid and it is in the best interests of the country to answer them. Her deployment should be put on hold and her case should be heard.
I’m not optimistic it will be though. Certainly the judge will rule quickly?

That’s kinda why I gave a brief talk at our convention this past weekend about ethics and moral courage.
Essentially it was this:
A deliberate choice between doing what’s easy and doing what’s right.

As to OER - she had a change of rater OER a few months ago. As to a new OER, who can tell.
Actually, in my case, My OER was due a week after I filed. (not particularly good timing) but I still received a very fair writeup. However, instead of getting top blocks from both rater and Sr. Rater, I got center of mass.
As to moving forward or getting thrown out - it’s anybody’s guess at this point. I’m hoping and praying. I know - hope is not a plan, but it’s the best we have right now.
He should hand down his ruling on Wednesday
