He handed out Korans? But didn't what he read in the Book of Peace make him think that he shouldn't go through with the massacre?
Or maybe he read that Paradise was guaranteed to those who "kill and are killed" for Allah (9:111), and took that seriously.
Note also that he affected Islamic clothing -- as did another "moderate," Maher Hawash, before the latter embarked upon his jihad.

Has anyone heard the media refer to this as a “terrorist attack”? Make no mistake, it was a terrorist attack. I think anyone who makes a big deal about not wanting to be deployed and has an arabic name should be booted out of the military. And I don’t think moslems should be deployed to Iraq or Afghanistan unless they are interpreters and are necessary.

It’s just about come to that. All the recent Muslim murderers appeared to be “normal” people right up until they started killing, it seems. Like the “regular Joe” with the Muslim “outreach” tv network, up until he beheaded his wife. I’m not sure about the sickos who committed the “honor” murders, if they just seemed average until they started killing, or maybe they just laid low.

This clash results in the regular reporting of so-called 'honor-killings' where a muslim family member is murdered for becoming 'westernized' and 'disrespecting islam'.
