Back in August, Sonoran News, in an article titled, “Happy Birthday Barry!” reported retired Navy Lt. Cmdr. Walter Fitzpatrick III filed a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice on March 19, 2009, accusing Barry Soetoro, aka President Barack Hussein Obama, of fraud and treason.
Fitzpatrick stated, “We come now to this reckoning. I accuse you and your military-political criminal assistants of TREASON. I name you and your military criminal associates as traitors. Your criminal ascension manifests a clear and present danger. You fundamentally changed our form of government. The Constitution no longer works.
“Confident holding your silent agreement and admission, I identify you as a foreign born domestic enemy. My sworn duty Mr. Obama is to stand against what you stand for. You are not my president. You are not my commander in chief.”
While the DOJ had taken no action, Fitzpatrick was visited by the Secret Service a day and a half after filing.
However, on Dec. 1, after first having to file criminal obstruction charges against the grand jury foreman, Fitzpatrick was finally granted access to present evidence before the Monroe County, Tenn. Grand Jury,which allows citizens to file charges.
Sworn under oath, the 13-member grand jury has the authority to do what no court in the country has dared to do and that is provide standing to the American people, give them their day in court and determine the future of the U.S. Constitution.
America doesn’t know who Obama is and he has spent close to $2 million to block all efforts to determine if he is constitutionally eligible to hold the office of President of the United States.
Dr. James David Manning has Obama’s attention
Meanwhile, as Dr. James David Manning of Atlah Ministries in Harlem has been a very vocal critic of Obama’s unconstitutional policies and refers to the president as “Barack Hussein, the Long-legged Mack Daddy, Obama,” has had his account suspended by YouTube where he uploaded videos of himself expressing his unfavorable opinion of Obama.

And, last but not least, Berg announced he will represent Dr. Manning, should the need arise, in light of the recent visit Manning received by the CIA, DHS and police regarding statements he made, which Berg said were “incorrectly interpreted as threats.”
Mario Apuzzo’s new ad: Obama not eligible Attorney Mario Apuzzo has taken out another ad in The Washington Times with a picture of a trio of chimpanzees depicting “see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil,” captioned with “Congress,” “Courts” and “Media,” respectively, stating, “Obama is NOT an Article II Natural Born Citizen and therefore is NOT Eligible to be President.”
The ad states, “Obama, the Putative U.S. President, was born a British subject governed by the British Nationality Act of 1948, and is currently also a British protected person and/or a British citizen to this day,” and asks, “How can a person who is born a British subject be considered a Natural Born Citizen of the USA?”
Apuzzo, attorney for the plaintiffs in the eligibility case Kerchner v. Obama, which was recently dismissed by the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, recently received notice from the Third Circuit Court of Appeals that their brief is due on or before Jan. 4, 2010.

We know the courts aren’t going to budge on this case (outside of the good people of TN but where does it go from there?) we are now left with the court of public opinion.
We have to win the public’s support. While it may not get Obama thrown out of office, people may just be pissed enough to send the Dem party into full minority status for years to come.

Does anyone know of or remember this many people trying to challenge the validity of the current POTUS? Has this happened to other presidents, this early in their tenure? ‘
I can’t. Why is this going on? Why does this not die, if there is not something to it?
There was at least a concerted effort to explain away the doubts truthers had about 9/11. This, on the other hand, has been “here’s one document, now shut up.”
