Joakley is about as inspiring and charismatic as dry toast. The only reason anyone will vote for her is because she and her voters are Obama automatons, and this election is a pure referendum on Obama.
You’re probably right about that; the youth vote is probably the most unreliable constituency there is.
And I say that as one whose youthful indiscretions included voting for Slick Willie in ‘92. :)

Heck, when I was a kid, I stood in line to see President Clinton, because “it wasn’t everyday the president came to my school”. My GOP parents were against me going to see him, but my Democrat grandpa was all for it so he took me. I didn’t know much about politics in the 4th grade, just thought the President coming to my small town was cool thing.
