I see the Vexatious Poster, EnderWiggins is back at it again this morning. Anyone who has the time could scour his posts for contradictions, inaccuracies, misleading statements and outright falsehoods. I’m expecting to receive permission soon so I can post the UIPA exchange I referenced before - where Okubo says they assign certificate numbers when they file the certificate in the state registrar’s office.
