If I'm not mistaken, John Carlton from the
Post and Email has submitted numerous requests as well. I would imagine there are other citizens across the country who have/are submitting requests as well. Therefore, while "50 a month" may be an exaggeration, I'm sure she is getting many per month.
Not that that means they need to try and circumvent their own laws though. Just sayin...
I think there was a Facebook party on Tuesday to inundate the DOH with requests. That may have given her cover to say the average is 50.
But Espero introduced the bill long before that.
