Democrats' Obama bounce in California disappearing

Kent Hancock can't remember tougher economic times in the two decades he's sold used cars in California's Central Valley.

He brings home less than half the money he cleared a few years ago and has dipped into savings to keep his business open. Hancock, 41, blames politicians for doing too little to get the economy back on track and hopes they are "sweating it a little bit. They should. It shouldn't be a guaranteed job."

Hancock's frustration is evident throughout the nation's most populous state. Just a year ago, the Democratic Party looked at California as a base for adding to its majorities in Congress. Now, it could be a the place where it loses them.

Even Democratic Sen. Barbara Boxer, widely viewed just six weeks ago as a shoo-in for re-election to a fourth term, now faces the toughest race in her 28 years representing California in Congress.

Democrats’ Obama bounce in California disappearing

What “bounce” they talking about?
California has been voting for the Democrats long before anyone had ever heard of a Kenyan called 0bama. However, thanks to 0bama's disastrous regime, the GOP may actually pick up seats in California.

Even Pelosi may be in trouble but for the opposite reason, people in her district think she’s too conservative! Talk about bizarro world, you’ve got to wonder how these people survive in the real world.

Well that's his problem right there.

Don't look to politicians for salvation!

California is the Koolaid punchbowl of America. If reality breaks through there, the hope and change hysteria is over.

I really don't think people like Pelosi could survive in the real world..She is the most disgusting old toad I have ever seen or heard..other than Maxine Waters..I wish that old bat would be defeated..The blacks in California will never get our of slavery until they start electing some great black men and women, there are plenty out there to choose form..

I hope Van Tran beats Loretta Sanchez. He’s in a district which has a big Vietnamese voting block and he was a staffer for B-1 Bob.

Well, there is after all a three-hour time difference you know... maybe it just takes those West Coasters time to hear the news. :-)

It would be so wonderful if “Obamacare” turned this country around on it's ears when it comes to the liberals. They finally are getting what they have wanted for so long and it ain't what they thought it would be like. Time to get their heads out of the clouds and come back to reality!
