Three female Democrats running for statewide office in California have been endorsed by the pro-choice group EMILY's List.
The PAC, which supports pro-choice female candidates, announced today that it is backing Los Angeles City Councilwoman Janice Hahn, who is running for lieutenant governor, San Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris, a candidate for attorney general, and state Sen. Gloria Romero, who is running for state superintendent of public instruction, Each of the three is currently the sole female Democrat in her respective contest.

Interesting! Guess they don’t care how good they’d be, as long as they are WOMEN! (And hey, I am a woman, too, and I DO NOT endorse voting by sex.)
They only care about Democrat women.
Isn't endorsing specific candidates a violation of nonprofit status? EMILY's List is a PAC. Normally, you do not see newspapers writing articles when a PAC endorses a candidate. But these are Democrats, and EMILY's List is a bunch of NOW Hags, so that makes it News You Can Use that every good reporter jumps right on. |
