Lefty Group Tries to 'Infiltrate' Tea Parties with Offensive Signs - Will MSM Take the Bait?

This week, Americans of all political stripes will take to the streets -- so to speak -- to protest what they see as excessive and out of control government spending and intrusion into their daily lives. Among the many Tea Party protesters, however, will be individuals plotting to undermine the peaceful grassroots movement.

Blogger Glenn Reynolds spotted CrashTheTeaParty.org today, a website that claims to represent "a nationwide network of Democrats, Republicans and Independents who are all sick and tired of that loose affiliation of racists, homophobes and morons; who constitute the fake grassroots movement, which calls itself 'the Tea Party.'"

Their plan is to "infiltrate" Tea Party protests to create the false impression that protesters are racists by … being racists. That's right, they will bring with them offensive signs and give wildly offensive interviews to reporters, all with the intention of smearing a movement that wouldn't bring those signs or give those interviews themselves. It remains to be seen whether the mainstream media will take the bait.

They need to confront the media so they can’t get their stories right on the air.

I am in Dayton, Ohio, right now. I've been to one Tea Party event yesterday, another this afternoon. I have seen no sign of any non-Tea Party people at either event.

Tomorrow I will go to four different school classes (as Benjamin Franklin). Those are controlled environments, however, some of the students may dislike Tea Party ideas, so we will see how that goes.

The main event here is Tuesday at a local arena. Everyone must have a ticket, but tickets are free. If there was to be infiltration it would most likely be there. I will report back what I see. Also, the press cannot lie about the attendance there, because everyone will have a ticket, and a seat.

The domain registrant’s real name and phone number has been posted all over the internet including FR and Canada Free Press for 2 days. Most of the posters on crashtheteaparty.org are not the libs and the lib posters as of last night weren’t organizing. Not that we all shouldn’t take cameras and infiltrator signs, but I think the plan of site owner might be blowing up in her face.

“Will MSM Take the Bait?”

I would fully expect the MSM to pay people to carry those signs.

“Nah! Mischieveous behaviour, at least; simple assault, at most.”

No, sir. Once you intentionally touch someone else’s person without their permission a battery is committed. Tossing a non-hazardous liquid on someone is most likely simple battery, but it’s a battery nonetheless.

Unfortunately the prosecution would have to prove that I didn’t actually trip. Good Luck.

Yes, it would. I think, since the burden of proof is on the prosecution, and in criminal law that burden must prove guilt beyond a reasonabloe doubt, I think your tripping was clearly caused by a deviation in the sidewalk and the sudden appearance of a banana peel. Not Guilty!

Tea Partiers need to have their cell-phone cameras at the ready. If anyone sees disrupters, especially when they’re setting up, video them, so we have proof of what they’re doing, then follow them, so we have a record of their full deception. THAT would be an interesting You Tube offering. ;o)
