Party foes plot vs. ‘racists, morons’
Boston Herald ^ | April 13, 2010 | AP

“Every time we have someone on camera saying that Barack Obama isn’t an American citizen, we want someone sitting next to him saying, ‘That’s right, he’s an alien from outer space!’ ” said Levin, who wants to exaggerate unappealing qualities attributed to some Tea Party members to damage the public’s opinion of the entire anti-tax movement, made up of loosely affiliated groups and individuals.

“Do I think every member of the Tea Party is a homophobe, racist or a moron? No, absolutely not,” Levin said. “Do I think most of them are homophobes, racists or morons? Absolutely.”

Do I think that every liberal is a pompous, arrogant, narcissistic self-agrandizing fool? Absolutely with no equivocation.

Levin told The Associated Press the group has 65 leaders in major cities across the United States who are trying to recruit members to infiltrate Tea Party events Thursday - tax-filing day.

A couple of real good a** whoopings on the first infiltrators, would probably dampen their enthusiasm.

When the Tea Partyers discover one of these quislings, s/he should give him/her a big hug and make him/her/it carry the sign the tea partyer brought.

It’s encouraging that the AP is reporting on the nefarious intent of these petty unionists . . . prior to their activities.

For those of us attending tea parties, its important to read the comments. In Santa Cruz I was surrounded by moonbats saying these kinds of things — & “what about all the money spent on wars instead of poor people” and so on. Read these comments & start to think about what to say when you’re on camera (as I was).

Comment #2 to article:

“What character and morals has the right-wing displayed in the past? NO solutions, NO rational plans, clear agendas or common sense policy… JUST SARAH PALIN/Glenn Beck groupies parroting talking points!

Come on, are you right-wing wackos INSANE? Am I missing something here but didn’t Conservatives just have 8 YEARS of Bush/Cheney and Republican controlled Congress (1994-2006) to put your ideology into practice? AND IT ALMOST DESTROYED THE GREATEST NATION ON EARTH!

Waste, fraud, abuse, scandal, corruption, lies, incompetence, job outsourcing, off-shore tax evasion, reckless economics, war profiteering, Constitutional violations AND a Corporate Crime Wave of epic proportions. The worst looting of a nation’s wealth and resources in the history of MANKIND!

Where was the Tea Party anger THEN?

But you want Democrats/Progressives to believe if you only had one more chance it can work? The very definition of insanity, isn’t IT? Just separate yourselves from Bush/Cheney… bull$#!~ stupid people into believing they’re part of a NEW Conservative Movement.

You want the American PEOPLE to put their faith, trust and government in SARAH PALIN, Rush Limbaugh, Fox News and those numbkulls making up the Tea Party cult?

In OTHER WORDS Republican Party talking points are based on the ignorance of their constituents. They revise history and LIE because they CAN… because morons who vote for Republicans DON’T KNOW THEIR OWN HISTORY! This ain’t NO Tea Party… this is a CLASS WAR!

Great Americans WANT TO EMBRACE ETHICS, RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY. Something this sick, twisted Neo-Con generation FAILED miserably at. Please GO AWAY and let the adults fix the HUGE MESS left over from the Bush/Cheney DISASTER…

I wish the Pharmaceutical Industry could find a cure for the severe superiority complexes, odd paranoia and religious delusions most of the Right-wing is suffering through.”

Now every time there is some allegation of a Tea Partier saying something stupid, we have a scapegoat.

Thank you American Left. :)

Wow. A Tea Partyer really has to study up.

I wouldn’t mind answering this question: “You want the American PEOPLE to put their faith, trust and government in SARAH PALIN, Rush Limbaugh, Fox News and those numbkulls making up the Tea Party cult?”

I’d say that none of those mentioned are running for public office, but that any of those named would be an improvement over Barney Frank and Chris Dodd who caused the housing crisis and the bank meltdowns. And they are light years ahead of Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama in protecting and defending the U.S. Constitution. None of those mentioned would be ignorant enough to close Gitmo or try terrorists in civil courts.

I have to stop now - once started, I can go on forever:)

Is this Levin person capable of addressing the substance of the concerns? The sealed records of Obama, recent news from Kenya officials, carefully parsed statements by officials in Hawaii, irregular certification paperwork by the congress, each present real basis and real substance in connection with the background and qualifications of President Obama.

Why do so many people, especially Democrats, so quickly resort to name calling when faced with intelligent questions? Why can they not answer or acknowledge the questions? We are getting bored with such childish behavior.

This whole shadow play by Obama is like someone on trial for murder claiming he has an alibi for the time of the murder, but he will not provide it. I suppose the jury would vote to acquit on his word alone?

Well, the goal of the leftist orgs is to make Tea Partyers look like the racists and morons that the lefties actually are.

As for the AP - perhaps they are doing a perfunctory story, which will be quickly forgotten, so they can claim later to have covered the slimy tactics of the left - should they be called on it.

Interesting times we live in. I think of them as the Winston Smith era of journalism.
