Gay couples sue Calif. pension fund over insurance

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) -- Three gay couples are suing California's giant public pension fund and the Internal Revenue Service to make long-term care insurance available to the same-sex spouses of state government workers.

The Legal Aid Society-Employment Law Center filed the federal lawsuit Tuesday in San Francisco on behalf of the three married couples.

You’re suing the wrong guys.

If you’re going to sue, make sure the target actually has some money.

Yes, statistically sex perverts have much higher levels of education and income than normal people. The sexual deviants should sue each other...deep throats, deep pockets.

That is what I thought as well.

Why sue an entity that will never pay?

This will probably go to court and some sort of favorable (for the queers) judgement will be determined and everything will go away ... the precident has been established for when a REAL defense is needed.
