Beaverton teacher faces investigation over Tea Party "infiltration"

Jason Levin, the Portland man who caused a ruckus over his plans to "infiltrate" Tea Party protests in an aim to discredit them, teaches in a Beaverton middle school and now faces an investigation by the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission.
Melody Hanson, the commission's director of professional practices, said Wednesday that the agency opened an investigation because "there was enough concern that there was some neglect of duty" on the part of Levin.

The article goes on to say that the school district received complaints about this clown. Congratulations to all FReepers and others who tracked this guy down and put the heat on him. Free speech is one thing but dirty tricks are another. We need to stay vigilant and respond immediately when leftists cheat.

I am guessing the guy used public resources for his web site. Even if he paid for the web space, he most likely used school PCs and may have even done some web work while on "school time." If true, he should be fired.
Does anyone have an e-mail address or phone number for the Beaverton school district? I think they ought to know how angry America is with Levin, and remind the school board that they need to ensure tax dollars are correctly used.

Yes, but we have put the left on notice that we won’t put up with their BS. He may get lawyered up but he is outed so to speak. Also, his union will spend money on lawyers and he may very well spend time in a hearing.

Too many Californians moved to Oregon. Original Oregonians are conservative. It would be interesting to see if this guy is from California. Someone needs to get a picture of this guy and post it all over the place. Let these people know that their picture can be posted around the country.
