Must be CA as Riverside is mentioned also. Would be quite a coincidence if Canada had a Riverside nearly adjacent to a Ontario. I wondered the same thing until I saw Riverside.

We should have both read the article - short as it is. Rancho Cucamonga and Pomona are also mentioned so it’s CA.
