Soooo, what food could not choke?

In my experience, I find that hot dogs are foolproof.

Small children can choke on hot dogs if they don't chew them properly.

I have to be very careful as I have had acid reflux for so many years that I choke easily on foods, especially hamburger and lettuce. I never eat popcorn for that reason.
