Not surprisingly, the cop has been cleared of criminal wrongdoing. It appears the family is pursuing civil litigation at this point.
Just watched the video and its awful. The guy was not running away, it appears he was moving out of their way. The officer should be behind bars for serious bodily harm. That is not the way someone arrest a suspect.
