Sorry to muck up your article. Was trying to show the Pentagon is spending valuable think-tank time doing mineral investment studies in Afghanistan while in a war, as Obama sees investment in deep water drilling off Brazil, while trying to hold on to the moratorium of drilling in the Gulf.
