I was talking to a guy from new York State.
he was telling me how much he can’t stand Republicans, & how poor the taxes and economy are in his state. When I asked him why he hated Republicans so much since democrats have been incharge for so long of NY, he replied those (previous compliants mentioned)are all Bush’s fault. Some people cave no clue. Perhaps Washington should have left New York State to the British.

Yeah, it is bad. Things will have to get a lot worse before New Yorkers give up on the social welfare state. Remember NYC did vote for Giuliani though. NYC isn't a complete write off like DC or Detroit.

Of the registered voters, 627 were determined by SurveyUSA to be likely to vote in the 11/02/10 general election...so slightly more than half of the sample of 1100 respondents are likely to vote - one more garbage poll.....

The Q poll people finally got self conscious enough about their polling methods to ask “Are you an angry voter?” In that measure Paladino wins 50 41. Of course New York State will be TOTALLY different from the rest of the country. No conservatives will turn out and the liberals will see a 20 point lead for their candidates and still show up - yes of course that will happen because the polls showing conservative self identification at 3 to 1 liberal and enthusiasm rates off the charts don't apply to NYS. No of course not. The 8 CD’s where Democrats are likely to lose in NYS will have ABSOLUTELY NO effect on the Gov and senate and AG races, none at all. The fact that even Gerald Waddler is only + 12 will MEAN NOTHING at all to the races for state offices. SURE.
