Arnold Schwarzengger inspected the foundations of Russia’s planned Silicon Valley on Monday, and heaped praise on everything from the ruling tandem to the president’s driving.

In return he was jokingly invited to take up the role of Moscow mayor when his gubernatorial term ends early next year as Dmitry Medvedev kept up the old pals patter perfected on his trip to California this summer.

"“As it happens you have arrived at a time when there is no mayor of Moscow,” Medvedev told Schwarzenegger at the presidential residence at Gorky. “In January you are leaving the governorship. If you were a Russian citizen you could have worked here,” Lifenews.ru reported." Arnold should've moved to Russia before he became governor of California.

Arnold wouldn’t survive a day in Russian politics. Too bloody and he is too stupid and arrogant to survive the attempt. Russian politicians move in a Byzantine manner and Arnold is too used to things being set up for him, not moving around behind the scenes to make things happen himself. And I don’t think he has the ability to get dirty to win.
