Convicted of: disrupting a public meeting and resisting arrest.

Does not sound that serious to me, but the fines were respectively $2,500 & $500. I would question the court system there myself.

The Governor of Tennessee sent a 200+ man SWAT Team to harass 20 peaceful protesters. He is the one guilty of crimes.
