Did you hear Obama’s comments at that graduation ceremony, last spring? He said that the government has been throwing money at schools for years and still White students continue to out perform Blacks and Latinos in tests. Obama said that something must be done about that.
When Obama says that something must be done, he means a leveling of the playing field. He wants an equal outcome, not an equal opportunity. He wants to either move the goal post or change the rules for minority students.
One plan is to make 11th and 12th grades optional, putting low performing students directly into union apprenticeships that would lead to directly to union jobs that usually require some special training and union membership. He is especially interested in putting students into unions of first responders (probably TSA, too, since they will be unionized), as well as trade unions.
Black math is probably math that recognizes a type of dyslexia that involves math, dyscalculia. It means that numbers have no meaning for the student and math is impossible to lean. Students with this particular disability must touch every object in order to count them. The only way around it is to memorize math facts and to use a calculator. You can attempt to ameliorate the condition through early intervention, teaching numbers by dots, instead of numerals, but that only goes so far.

First step..... take a trip to Africa. You will be impressed with the efforts in creating scams, calculating profit, accuracy, ingenuity...its incredible. You soon come to recognize that they have the capacity and if ever they could apply those talents honestly? They would be great nation builders. But? Genetically? The stealing / conniving gene is present. And so is tribalism. So ganging comes naturally.
Here in America? Total black societal failure. No concept of the family and social contract to get their kids into a better future by two parents. Buck has to run wild.
After witnessing the efforts, I find the people are not stupid. Diligent too.
IF obama wants to level the playing field I think he will have to get rid of Christianity, teach the white men to run wild, drop all familial responsibility, and get rid of the western civilization dream of making tomorrow a better place.
My opinion? I think he is very active in promoting islam and destroying Christianity and its values, so he is at the first step.
How do you “so something about that”? re-segregate the schools, then give the black schools double the funding of white schools? I don’t think you will see a whole bunch of change...
