Why Hawaii now wants to sell 'birth certificate'

I don’t see how they can get away with a dolled up COLB. Soetoro memorabilia hasn’t been selling well for going on two years, and none of the serious inquirers/questioners will buy it. Plus, it will only keep the issue on the front burner, and highlight the fact that his long form BC is nowhere to be found and no hospital will claim him.
