At least three Republicans crossed over, assuming no “moderate” Dems crossed as well.. Who were they and are they running for reelection in 2012? The moderate republicans (Snowe, Brown, etc.) voted for the bill. The 3 republican no votes were Rand Paul, Jim Demint, and Mike Lee. Their opposition was from the right, that the bill still spends too much money, and it does.
