That was pretty much a given ... while a freshman at Occidental College he lived in a dorm that was almost exclusively foreign students. His closest friends at the time were foreign students. Barak Hussein Obama Jr. has been scamming the system most of his life.
Its not speculation, its a very very much protected issue with Obama, more so than the birther issue. Its the issue that will get a person killed, actually in regards it already has when some people did see his Visa records, and they wound up DEAD, DEE EE AYE DEE, DEAD.
NPR, Planned Parenthood ... even obamacare ... it is all blah, blah, blah while Lady Liberty is raped right in front of us ... and we do nothing.

Also, in order to live as long as he did in Indonesia, he either was a citizen there or had a long-term visa of some sort. Since he was adopted by an Indonesia father, the odds are overwhelming that he also acquired Indonesian citizenship rather than living there under some sort of visa.
Indeed, the only country where it is not clear that he is a citizen is that of the United States. If he was born abroad and his mother didn't bother to correctly register his birth with the U.S. State Department, he isn't even a legal U.S. citizen, much less a natural born one.
