I understand, it’s just that I find it mindblowing that the law sees the death of a fetus as murder if life ends in any non-natural/non-accidental way... except for abortion.
It’s a complete disconnect and I cannot fathom how they justify it.
I think it’s meant to get a test case up to the USSC to catch Roe v. Wade in a logical pincer maneuver it can’t escape from. At this point, all the evidence that a pre-born baby is a human individual, which the Roe court said it had none of, can be brought to bear in order to form a new doctrine.
