For the neighbors at East Lake Courts who bore the brunt of what police call, a racial attack, the biggest shock is how blatantly the three suspected displayed racism.
Angela Lonise witnessed several men drive by several times in a white pick up truck around 3 a.m. Saturday morning. According to Chattanooga Police Spokesperson Jerri Weary, Kyle Montgomery, 21, Colton Partin, 21 and James Smiley, 27, threw fireworks at African Americans while yelling racial slurs like, "run N***** run." Police say the suspects admitted they were targeting black people.
"I thought all that racial stuff was over with and I didn't think we had to go through this stuff again," says Lonise.
Chastity Brook's says her window was broken when one of the firecrackers hit her window. She and her kids were sleeping when it happened. Montgomery, Partin and Smiley were caught shortly afterwards and each were charged with one count of Civil Rights Intimidation. No one was charged for vandalizing Brooks window. Weary says she doesn't know why. Newschannel 9 found out Smiley works for Hamilton County EMS.
"That's even worse, they're supposed to save lives, not mess other peoples lives up."
Yeah and beating up White people is NOT a hate crime,Cry me a river this is nothing!
I hate to tell you Lonise, but I think this racial stuff is just getting started.
I hope they receive the FULL penalty of the law. The nation has come too and to many have suffered to have these punks set things back now.
I hope they all receive jail time and lots of it.

These boys should be tossed into general population after their antics have explained to the other inmates.

Rather than being the instigators, white people should just wait until the blacks are the instigators, then unload on them. Of course, the white people will still be at fault, but hey.

This is just the sort of thing the Marxists are hoping for. They want race wars and class warfare to divide the country.
Whites have waited for blacks to be instigators literally millions of times since the 1960s. And thousands of times they have unloaded on them.
It doesn't seem to be working.

Were the mobs that lynched Black Americans a few decades ago considered “flash mobs”? My father barely escaped a white mob that was lynching any Black person they saw. He escaped via a kindly white man who smuggled him out of town in the trunk of his car. Two wrongs do not make a right.
