Blast a politician? It could mean jail. A federal judge who owes his lifetime appointment to Barack Obama today concluded that a pro-life organization whose leaders criticized a politician for supporting Obamacare for funding abortions just might be guilty of defamation – and possibly worthy of jail time.

Well, I would wonder if this judge is trying to shut down opposition to Obama!

OK, I shall bite...

Judge... I oppose anything you ruling on, and including that which relates to this issue.

I see this as evidence that these treasonist bastard enemies of our way of life and America itself scheme to design incremental legislation that ends our ability to speak as we please. Especially when it is accurate and speaks to the fact of a leader acting as Obama and others do...outside the will of the people.

"SBA List claims that the taxpayer funded abortion statements are 'not capable of defamatory meaning' because they are not defamatory per se," the judge wrote. But, "there is no rule stating that a public official alleging defamation may not rely on false statements that injure his reputation, expose him to public hatred or contempt, or affect him in his profession as a public servant."

Biden just called all the Tea Party members "terrorists".

Can we sue?

Judge Black - shove it up your Smelly Obama.

While it’s there, hope it says hello to your head.

If anyone still thinks that a liberal with a JD is an “educated”, I’ve got a can of phlogiston to sell you.

Yeah, me too.

Obamacare is riddled with a maze of legaleeze that has nothing to do with healthcare. Obamacare is a trojan horse disguised as healthcare. That’s why the dang thing is 1500 pages long, and was negotiated behind closed-doors and passed in the middle of the night on Christmas Eve. It’s designed to limit our freedoms and take away many of our constitutionally guaranteed rights to the pursuit of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Just one more nail in the coffin of liberty.

Nothing is free, including healthcare. There is a price to be paid for everything, and when it comes from the government is costs twice as much and offers less than half of what is promised.

Hatred for Americans and America manifests itself, coupled with The Plan to decimate our constitutional democracy.

OHAHA/DHS PROFILE AMERICANS--HATRED OF AMERICANS SPEWS FORTH No more proof is needed than Obama/Incompetano's profiling Americans as “rightwing extremists.”

On April 7, 2009, their hatred of Americans spewed full force as DHS' Office of Intelligence and Analysis sent out a nationwide alert to US L/E to act against "evil" conservatives. DHS identified “rightwing extremists” as a "danger" and defined “rightwing extremists” in a footnote, as follows.

OBAMA/INCOMPETANO ORDER L/E TO SUPPRESS AND DESTROY AMERICANS. EXCERPT DHS' Office of Intelligence and Analysis to L/E: "Rightwing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups), and those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration."

DHS later said that the report was not an attempt to squash First Amendment Rights for conservatives----only "hate groups"---- but, there was NO attempt to exempt anyone from these broad generalizations.

Obama/Incompetano's report paints EVERY ASPECT OF AMERICAN CONSERVATISM as "suspect." This is indicative of a very disturbing government mindset.

=======================================

Documented hatred of Americans; Obama/Incompetano ordered L/E to surveil and supress Americans. This contrasts sharply with their kid glove handling of drug lords, savages, and terrorists bent on violence and destruction.

Keep in mind, Americans look at savage Mexican drug cartels, terrorists, the undie bomber and Shazad with fear and trepidation, and demand justice. Ohaha/Incompetano, Holder, Emanuel, Axelrod, Soros and that bunch, look at terrorists w/ kindness and understanding, b/c terrorists are out to "get" those evil Americans.

THE COCKEYED WORLD OF OBAMA/INCOMPETANO: A VERY DISTURBING GOVT MINDSET Obama/Incompetano pulled out all the stops to go after American "extremists" but are defending bombers and terrorists.

REFERENCE Homeland Security surveillance detected on Christian website

(Excerpt) The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has begun watching a blog posted by a Christian who was forced to flee Brazil because of the conflict between that nation's pro-homosexual "hate crimes" agenda and his advocacy for traditional marriage.

Exactly why the U.S. government, which several times has linked Christians and conservatives with terrorism, is watching Julio Severo's unabashedly Christian Last Days Watchman blog isn't clear.

A WND request to the DHS for comment did not generate a response. The website's records reveal the DHS visited the site yesterday. A different computer, also at the DHS, was on the site again today.

“Biden just called all the Tea Party members “terrorists”.”

I don’t think he meant actual Tea Party members were terrorists. I think what he meant was that the Tea Party members use of the phrase “some common sense required” in the debt ceiling debate was striking terror in the hearts of the liberals; much like the phrase “honey, do you remember what today is?” does to men.

According to Wikipedia, Black ran for judge as a Republican and lost so he switched parties and that has made all the difference.

FROM LINK :"A federal judge who owes his lifetime appointment to Barack Obama today concluded that a pro-life organization whose leaders criticized a politician for supporting Obamacare for funding abortions just might be guilty of defamation – and possibly worthy of jail time.... According to online databanks, Driehaus was not re-elected in 2010 when former U.S. Congressman Steve Chabot challenged him, and the Democrat party pulled its financial support for television ads when Driehaus fell behind.... According to the SBA List, Driehaus filed a criminal complaint with the Ohio Elections Commission first, a situation that could have resulted in jail time for someone convicted under the statute. He later decided to advance the defamation case instead. "Through this criminal statute, he's even threatening me with jail time," Dannenfelser said at the time. "

This is like campaign finance reform, outlawing us from being critical of the elected who are public figures. You bet a newpaper wouldnt get sued easily.

Obama judge's ruling says defamation claim lurks for those criticizing ballot candidates

Really not what it says at all. And I am shocked that such an esteemed publication as World Net Daily--really, the paper of record--would write a sensationalist article.
