Kamala Harris rejects GOP request to review California budget

State Attorney General Kamala Harris has rejected a GOP request that she opine on whether the state budget signed by Gov. Jerry Brown is constitutional.

Republican lawmakers asked Harris last month to examine whether the budget complies with the constitution's requirements for education funding. Supervising deputy attorney general Susan Duncan Lee wrote in response that Harris' office could not do so because it will likely have to represent the state should someone sue on those grounds.

Interestingly, Lee suggested in a Tuesday letter that the budget is destined for a court battle.

Kamala, one of those stupid pseudo African names the morons name their kids. They figure if they name them non Anglo names that it will somehow ensure them their spcial-ness in life. Like Tamika and Lemongello see lots of CEOs and world leader with ghetto names like that.

Wellll, if the “Man” wouldn't hold the bruddas and sistas down, we would have many CEOs with such cool names as Starquesa and Baniqua and my new favorite Cohen. That's right the girls first name was Cohen. How dare we make fun of these African names that date back to the Pharaohs. Or so I am told.
