Wis. Alderman Accused Of Choking Pregnant Worker

RACINE, Wis. (AP) — A Racine alderman is jailed on allegations he choked and hit a pregnant employee at the bar he owns.

The Racine County sheriff’s office says 59-year-old Keith Fair was arrested early Sunday at his bar, Place on 6th. He was being held in lieu of $10,650 bond on suspicion of strangulation or suffocation, false imprisonment, battery and disorderly conduct.

He’s accused of assaulting

Hasn’t taken effect yet. Concealed carry comes of age in November, I think. Besides, you’ve got to pass a course.

This Alderman is certainly operating a “hostile workplace”, methinks.

(To be fair, I think “Racine Alderman” is one of those offices which the locals regard as a de facto Democrat Party job, so it’s theoretically possible that it just didn’t occur to the journalist to mention it.)
